    FAQs

Doctor Rogers Face Cream is a rich, multi-benefit moisturizer that delivers deep hydration while supporting your skin's natural moisture barrier. It is best suited for dry, mature, and sensitive skin types. The formula was formulated by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Heather D. Rogers to address multiple concerns at once: dullness, dryness, uneven tone, and visible signs of aging. It works through a combination of bioactive ingredients like Squalane, Niacinamide, Centella Asiatica, and Adenosine that nourish and help skin look calmer. The bioactive formulation is designed to help skin look and feel its best. It can be used both morning and night and is gentle enough to apply around the entire eye area, which means one less product in your routine.
Yes. Doctor Rogers Face Cream is gentle enough for the delicate skin around the eyes, including the eyelids, so you can use it in place of a separate eye cream. Many eye creams on the market are simply lighter versions of face moisturizers sold at a premium in smaller packaging. Dr. Heather D. Rogers formulated Face Cream to be gentle enough for the delicate skin around the eyes while still delivering the hydrating benefits that area needs. Face Cream deeply hydrates the eye area and helps skin look smoother and more plump. Apply a small amount using your ring finger and gently pat around the eyes and on eyelids.
Doctor Rogers Face Cream is formulated to deeply hydrate and nourish skin while helping soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Its rich, bioactive formula also supports the skin's natural moisture barrier and helps skin look smoother, plumper, and more radiant. For best results, use consistently morning and night.
Doctor Rogers Face Cream is built around five key bioactive ingredients, each selected for a specific role in the formula. Squalane is a bioidentical moisturizer that helps replenish moisture and soften skin. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) supports a calmer, more even-looking complexion. Adenosine is included to support smoother-looking skin. Centella Asiatica is an antioxidant-rich herbal extract that helps calm the look of irritation and supports the skin's natural moisture barrier. Glycerin is a powerful humectant that draws water into the skin, helping it feel calmer and more comfortable. These are supported by Shea Butter for deep moisture, Jojoba Esters for lightweight hydration, and Allantoin for soothing. Every ingredient is chosen to meet Doctor Rogers Ingredient Integrity standard: bioactive, biodegradable, and selected without common irritants
Doctor Rogers Face Cream carries Sorette Approval for Motherhood, a third-party certification for products suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The formula is formulated without retinoids, chemical sunscreens, phthalates, parabens, or formaldehyde. If you're adjusting your skincare routine for pregnancy, Face Cream can serve as both your moisturizer and eye cream. As always, discuss specific skincare questions with your OB-GYN or dermatologist.
The amount varies based on your skin type, how much area you're covering, and how dry your skin is. If you're applying to your face, eyelids, neck, and chest (which is recommended), you'll use more than someone applying only to the face. As a reference point, Dr. Heather D. Rogers goes through a jar roughly once a month with liberal application. A full-size jar is 1.7 fl oz (50 mL) and retails for $88. Once you have your jar, you can purchase a refill pod for $78, which slides into the existing glass jar and saves you $10 on every repurchase while significantly reducing packaging waste. There is also a travel size at 0.5 fl oz (15 mL) for $32, which is a good option if you want to try it before committing to the full size.
Yes, Face Cream pairs well with retinoid use. Retinoids can cause dryness, flaking, and irritation, especially when you're starting out. Doctor Rogers Face Cream delivers deep hydration and helps skin feel calmer and more comfortable.

For those whose skin doesn't tolerate retinoids well, Dr. Heather D. Rogers also formulated the Doctor Rogers Night Repair Treatment, a gentle retinoid alternative, to pair with Doctor Rogers Face Cream for a complete nighttime routine.
Doctor Rogers Face Cream is formulated for sensitive, reactive skin. It has earned the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance, a third-party mark indicating the formula has been independently evaluated as suitable for eczema-prone and sensitive skin. The formula is also made without common irritants, including fragrance, essential oils, drying alcohols, and chemical sunscreen ingredients. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, discuss new products with your dermatologist before adding them to your routine.
Doctor Rogers Face Cream is formulated to be gentle when skin is at its most sensitive, with no fragrance, essential oils, or actives that tend to sting. Its rich, nourishing formula provides deep hydration and helps skin feel comfortable. Doctor Rogers Restore Healing Balm can also be used alongside Face Cream to provide an occlusive layer that helps lock in moisture. Always follow your provider's aftercare instructions.
Doctor Rogers Face Cream is formulated to help visibly reduce redness and even the look of skin tone, though individual results vary.
