Individual ProductsWe understand that skincare is personal, and results take time. That’s why we accept returns on individual products within 30 days of purchase, even if they have been gently used. Simply reach out to our customer support, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Skincare SetsTo ensure you love each product in a set, we recommend trying individual items first. Skincare sets are a curated collection designed for a complete routine for our experienced customers. They are non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of our bundled offerings and their reduced pricing.
If you're new to our brand, we encourage starting with one or two individual products before committing to a full set. This allows you to explore what works best for your skin with the flexibility of our 30-day return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an individual product, please email us within 30 days of your purchase at support@doctorrogers.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our customer service team will send you instructions on how to return your product. After your return is initiated, we ask that you ship the product back to us within 14 days.
Once we receive your returned product(s), please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
