In the morning, after rinsing your face and patting dry, apply 1-2 pumps to the face, neck, chest, and back of hands. Follow with our Face Lotion or Face Cream and sunscreen.

Do not over apply and do not use it when skin is irritated. Once skin is healthy, it can slowly be reintroduced into your routine.

Key Bioactive Ingredients:

Vitamin C (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, or THD): THD is a stable and well-tolerated form of Vitamin C that actively absorbs free radicals during exposure to guard against the aging process, while evening skin tone and assisting collagen production. Effectively dosed at 10%.

Acetyl Zingerone: A powerful, ginger-derived bioactive antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredient that is able to reverse damage after exposure to free radicals. It also stimulates collagen retention and production, controls redness and improves the effectiveness of Vitamin C. Effectively dosed at 1%.

Bis (Cyano Butylacetate) Anthracenediylidene: A next-generation protective antioxidant that prevents free radical formation, protecting our skin and collagen from damage. Effectively dosed at 0.5%.

Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate): A small-molecule and biocompatible form of hyaluronic acid that pulls water deep into the skin to boost hydration, smooth fine lines, calm irritation, and strengthen the barrier.

How long does the product last?

You should get approximately 120 pumps per treatment, if using 1 to 2 pumps a day expect the product to last 3 months.

Can I use Day Preventive Treatment with Night Repair Treatment?

Yes! We recommend using Day Preventive in the Morning and our Night Repair Treatment at night. Both should be followed with moisturizer. 

Is this treatment safe to use around the eyes?

Yes, it is safe around your eyes, just be sure to follow with a supportive moisturizer like our Face Lotion or Face Cream and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Can I use this with my Vitamin C serum?

Day Preventive Treatment is your morning Vitamin C serum and so much more! It contains 10% Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (THD) , an oil-soluble form of Vitamin C that penetrates skin well without irritation. But It also uses two other powerful antioxidants (acetyl zingerone and bis-cyano Butylacetate anthracenediylidene) that when combined with THD provide synergistic benefits for your skin before, during and after exposure to the sun.

How often should I apply Day Preventive Treatment?

Start with every other day and if your skin is able to tolerate it without irritation, use it every morning. Always follow with a moisturizer.

What do I do if I think this is irritating my skin?

Stop all active products that could be irritating your skin. Just use a gentle face wash, face cream and sunscreen. 

Once your skin barrier is intact, reintroduce the day treatment, just one pump every other day, always followed with a moisturizer.
